Markéta Hodoušková
Director of the Czech-In Film Festival and Kino Visegrad
Markéta Hodoušková was born in Prague and holds a Master's degree in Audiovisual and Cinema from the Sorbonne and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from Charles University in Prague. She has contributed to the writing of French subtitles for more than 25 Czech films. She has also served as the General Director of the International Confederation of Arthouses (CICAE).
She is now a member of several European initiatives, including the Paris Council of Europeans, the Observatory of Cultural Diversity, Film New Europe, and the European Network for Cinema and Media Studies.
In 2009, she founded the Czech-In Film Festival in Paris , which aims to promote Czech and Slovak cinema to the French public. In 2014, she also created Kino Visegrad , an agency promoting Central, Eastern and Balkan European cinema in France.

Actress
She trained at ESCA in Asnières S/Seine, from which she graduated in 2016. She began her professional career at the age of 19 at the Théâtre de l'Imprévu. She has performed in several shows with different directors: Philippe Baronnet ( Maladie de la jeunesse ), Dominique Lurcel ( Nathan le Sage ), Bruno Bonjeau ( Et dans le trou de mon cœur, le monde entier ), Arnaud Guillou ( Butterfly, L'Envol ), as well as in collective creations, emerging companies with her actor partners met at school: Mathieu Barché ( Hiver and Je suis le vent by Jon Fosse), Adrien Guitton ( L'Aile Déchirée by A.Guitton) immersive theater with La Grande Suite ( Eva Carmen Jarriau )…
She has performed several times at the Théâtre de l'Épée de Bois at the Cartoucherie in Vincennes, at the Cent Quatre, at the Théâtre Gilgamesh Belleville in Avignon, at the Grand Parquet, at the Comédie de Caen, etc.
Within the Théâtre de l'Imprévu, she played the role of Laura in The Glass Menagerie by T. Williams directed by Éric Cénat and plays in the company's latest creation: Dorphé aux enfers, Orléans 69 a text by Luc Tartar, directed by Eric Cénat at the CDNO in Orléans. In 2024 she conceived, wrote and performed her first one-woman show Bowie comme Bowie . In 2025, she reprised the role of the Child in the play Une Vie, là-bas by Jacques Dupont, directed by Éric Cénat.
VOLUNTEER IN CIVIC SERVICE
Cecile Costa
Cécile COSTA was recruited as a volunteer on a civic service mission by the Théâtre de l'Imprévu to ensure, alongside the Imprévu team, the organization of the 2025 edition of the Frankoscény festival.
With a master's degree in cultural project management and territorial development, Cécile has always had a keen interest in culture and more specifically improvisational theatre. During her Erasmus year at Charles University, she was able to discover the city of Prague and its region. The Czech Republic has then become a country that fascinates her and that pushes her ever more to discover its culture.
From January 2025, she will work from the Alliance Française in Pardubice, a place she knows well since from January to June 2024, she was the Alliance's cultural and communications officer.
